Certified through the International Childbirth Education Association, I have created various childbirth education courses to meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be. As an experienced, Labor and Delivery nurse I bring a unique perspective on navigating birth in a hospital setting. Whether you're planning on a low intervention birth or are scheduled for a cesarean section, my classes are geared to help you not only survive, but thrive through this chapter.
Spinning Babies
As a Certified Expectant Parent Spinning Babies Instructor, you'll learn cardinal moves of labor and birth, how important fetal position is, and how best to facilitate a smooth transition from intrapartum to postpartum.
Hands on, in person guidance to develop birthing skillset
We offer several different options for clients looking for in person guidance. Based in Los Angeles, but willing to travel, both in person group and private classes are available. With certifications from Spinning Babies to Doula Support, look no further for a more intimate approach to creating the birth experience of your dreams.
